What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately enter data into the employer's database systems
- Update and maintain existing data in the database
- Verify data accuracy and completeness before entry
- Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist with other clerical duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience assisting with accounts payable processing
