What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary administrative support for the Customer Experience team, ensuring efficient operations and communication
- Develop and enhance processes and procedures for customer support and administrative tasks
- Build and maintain strategic internal and external relationships by understanding customers' businesses
- Schedule and coordinate meetings effectively
- Manage customer requests via the Customer Portal
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience in administrative support roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Experience in customer experience or support roles
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
