What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support projects related to Fulfillment Excellence systems and processes
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and reporting for fulfillment excellence initiatives across multiple teams
- Facilitate communication between engineering, partner operations, and other teams to ensure alignment
- Identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose solutions to enhance internal and external processes
- Serve as an administrator for team-owned tools like Jira, Monday.com, Confluence, and Zendesk

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in product operations, project management, or product support role
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Zendesk
- Basic data analysis skills (experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or Sigma is a plus)
- Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
