What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for warehouse operations positions, from entry-level to senior management roles
- Create and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and social media
- Attend local job fairs and collaborate with career centers at local colleges
- Source, screen, and conduct phone interviews with candidates
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience from offer acceptance to their first day
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a strong focus on warehouse operations and senior management hiring
- Deep understanding of warehouse environments, job roles, and operational needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools and job boards
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
