      Job Description

      Hey there! We’re on the lookout for a Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. If you’re passionate about finding and attracting top talent, this might be the perfect role for you. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

      • Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and attract the best talent. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping our recruitment process.
      • Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies. Lead team discussions to brainstorm new and effective ways to find great candidates.
      • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You’ll work independently but also know when to seek guidance.
      • Stakeholder Updates: Keep everyone in the loop with regular updates on recruitment progress. Use feedback to continuously improve our processes.
      • Problem Solving: Partner with the Team Leader to create and execute recovery plans for tough recruitment challenges.
      • Data Analysis: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to analyze data and generate reports that provide meaningful insights for stakeholders.
      • Company Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling pitches to candidates. This will help you enhance your business acumen and sales skills.
      • Social Media & Branding: Use social media to boost our employer brand and communicate our Employee Value Proposition. Represent us at career fairs and other events.
      • Communication Skills: Show off your strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, in various professional settings.
      • Market Research: Attend industry events to conduct market research and share your findings with the team.

      We’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple aspects of the recruitment process while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

      Qualifications

      • 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
      • Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • English advanced proficiency
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
      • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
      • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change and continuous learning.
      • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
      • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
      • Experience in utilizing sourcing tools and techniques effectively.
      • Familiarity with different Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
