About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for warehouse operations roles all the way through to senior management positions. This position will require a deep understanding of the warehousing and logistics industry, along with a proven ability to source, recruit, and manage candidates through the full recruiting cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for warehouse operations positions, from entry-level roles to senior management.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal listings).
• Attend local job fairs and work with career centers at local colleges.
• Source, screen, and conduct phone interviews with candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate all logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive experience from offer acceptance to their first day.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job requirements, team culture, and candidate expectations.
• Regular follow-up with candidates to keep them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with managing and tracking recruiting metrics and KPIs.
• Work closely with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
• Provide ongoing support to the HR team, contributing to any recruiting or organizational needs.
• Flexibility to work full-time in-office during peak seasons.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a strong focus on warehouse operations and senior management hiring.
• Deep understanding of warehouse environments, job roles, and operational needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using recruiting tools and job boards.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS systems preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a positive candidate experience.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for senior leadership and management roles within warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of labor market trends in warehouse and logistics staffing.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing hiring needs, especially during peak seasons.
