About the role

The role will be part of a cross-functional team with a performance engineering mindset. This role will be responsible for helping different technology application teams in banking IT to identify, troubleshoot, fix, and monitor performance-related issues. The cross-functional team will comprise of Site Reliability Engineer, Performance Engineers, Performance Tools and monitoring expert, Performance Testers and Architect.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing & reviewing applications, focusing on performance-related improvements, helping application teams with application performance tracing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Our ideal candidate

• Strong experience in Full-stack development
• JavaScript Frameworks experienced, largely in React
• Java and Spring boot
• Jenkins, Restful webservices,
• Git based version management
• API Development (NodeJS)
• Bootstrap, OSS
• Kubernates, containerization experience is essential
• AWS experience and understanding of managing automated CI/CD pipelines is important
• Exposure to application monitoring and observability tools like Appdynamics & Grafana Labs (Prometheus, Grafana, K6)
• Understanding and experience in application-level testing
• Experienced in working in Agile environment
