      Job Description

      Shape the future of infrastructure at Lockheed Martin as a Full Stack Engineer developing Infrastructure as Code within Enterprise IT! This dynamic, fast-paced environment is embracing DevSecOps, Automation, Orchestration and Agile to advance our strategic goals for Customer self-service to provide secure, responsive, adaptive and rapid business value. This Full Stack Engineer role will be instrumental to the success of transforming how we develop and maintain compute infrastructure products at Lockheed Martin to meet the needs of every business area. The Compute IaaS Product Area includes Virtualization, Server OS (Windows, RHEL), Database (SQL Server, Oracle), Patching and Content Management (Satellite) product development, maintenance and operational support These solutions are built to meet global needs and include both Data Center and Edge locations for on-premise and in AWS and Azure public clouds.

      This position is aligned to a single Agile Delivery Team within the Compute IaaS Product Area. The Delivery Team may be utilizing Scrum or Kanban agile frameworks.

      Role responsibilities include:
      • Design and development of Enterprise Compute infrastructure products on premise and in public clouds
      • Creation of automated product provisioning and maintenance with goal of reducing human in the loop and enabling Customer self service
      • Conduct solution tests for security, performance, availability
      • Deploy solutions across multiple platforms including on-premise and AWS and Azure public clouds to meet global business area needs
      • Promote adherence to corporate infrastructure processes, procedures, standards including Change Management, Disaster Recovery /Business Continuity Plan, (DR/BCP), and Security / Government regulatory compliance
      • Operational support to resolve incidents and outages
      • Awareness and adherence to meeting Service Level Agreements for product provisioning and incident resolution
      • Provide technical guidance and share knowledge to grow and enable peers
      • On-call support rotation will be required

      This role requires U.S. Citizenship

      This position is full-time telecommuting. Occasional travel (1-3 times a year) may be requested.

      Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

      National Pay Statement

      Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
      Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
      (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
