What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop software using various programming languages
- Meet with clients to determine software needs and gather requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- BS Degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering preferred
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer
- Strong experience with relational databases and database-driven applications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agile, Lean, DevOps, or Cloud certification preferred
- Familiarity with DoD IT standards and federal security standards
- Hands-on experience with Test Driven Design (TDD) methodologies
- Experience using Object Relational Mapper (ORM) tools such as Entity Framework
- Strong communication skills and experience in a consulting/client environment
