What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for associate training in Pharmacy and Health and Wellness areas by coordinating certification courses and preparing training reports
- Train associates on machinery operation and troubleshooting, ensuring understanding of equipment use
- Develop training programs and materials based on needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness
- Collaborate with managers and co-workers to implement business processes and address improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist management in addressing ethical issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in a pharmacy environment or 1 year of experience training other associates/employees
- Must meet state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, including age, qualifications, and certification
- National certification certificate issued by PTCB (PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT) must be obtained within one year of job entry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Holds an active/valid national certification certificate issued by PTCB (PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT)
- Certification or coursework in focus group or meeting facilitation
- Experience as a full-time trainer in a manufacturing environment
