- Resolve customer inquiries using multiple support tools and conducting necessary research
- Maintain high performance standards by meeting department scorecards and metrics
- Establish and maintain strong customer relations through active listening and consultative support
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer retention and satisfaction by providing alternatives and information on deals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and various computer programs
- No previous experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry
