      - Coach and guide managers and employees on HR-related matters
      - Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

      - Participate in new facility start-ups and ensure smooth HR operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2–5 years of HR experience, with expertise in employment laws
      - Residency in the Central or Eastern Time Zone is required
      - Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
      - PHR or SHRM-CP certifications (state specialties for Central/Eastern regions preferred)
      - Proactive and adaptable mindset with excellent communication skills

      - Experience in a healthcare-related HR role
      - Proven track record of successful employee relations management
      - Familiarity with compliance regulations in healthcare settings
      - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
