What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to member/customer requests for emergency road service in a call center environment
- Gather detailed information regarding service requirements and communicate with contractors to provide timely assistance
- Promote and process membership sales opportunities while ensuring excellent customer service
- Document all relevant details in the system and notify members of service status
- Analyze member accounts to identify additional products and services that may benefit them

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses for selling and/or servicing employer products
- Experience in accurately inputting information using a PC and navigating automated systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills, along with effective listening abilities
- Knowledge of telephone etiquette and North American geographical relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College-level coursework in Business, Marketing, Geography, or related fields
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Background in promoting products and services and responding to customer needs through cross-selling and up-selling
- Familiarity with road condition reporting terminology and travel-related tools
