What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
- Replenish stock by down-stocking merchandise in empty areas on shelves
- Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely receipt of merchandise
- Cross-functionally train in other store areas to enhance customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months experience using a computer for data input and retrieval
- Minimum of 6 months experience with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Capability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other physical activities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience
- Bilingual skills
- Certification in a trade related to the department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, lumber/building materials)
