- Collaborate closely with the Product Owners / Scrum Masters/ Development teams and Stakeholders to receive working instructions
- Assist team quality initiative by identifying test cases, logging them into qTest and syncing with Jira Stories
- Assist team automation initiative by taking manual test cases from qTest and Stories
- Deliver innovative, engaging web solutions to to support issues and or adding new functionality to the site
- Identify design problems and devise solid technical solutions.
- 2+ years of experience with Java and Angular (TypeScript) technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Java, including data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, and asynchronous architectures.
- Experience with Angular 12 or newer to build rich interactive and responsive solutions
- Experience using web services software architecture and design (REST/SOAP
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and front-end frameworks.
- Experience with database programming languages (MS SQL Server).
- Ability to work on a team a team-oriented environment.
- Desire to work in an information systems environment.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills, detail oriented. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
- Shows initiative and goes above and beyond to assist others as needed.

As an Intern, you will be working on solutions that are critical to our customer facing portal by taking part in refining requirments, development, testing, and maintenance of key systems. You will work in a dynamic environment to deliver a forward-looking user experience while maintaining high-quality software.

Freshman $3,577.00 Sophomore $3,922.00 Junior $4,266.00 Senior $4,493.00 Masters $5,406.00 PhD $6,366.00 You must be able to work in our midtown Atlanta office for 3 months in the Spring or Summer of 2024
Relocation assistance is not provided, but Norfolk Southern does offer a Living Stipend of $850/month, which is taxed, to those who qualify.
