Role: We are seeking a Fullstack or at least Frontend Developer/Web Developer for our client located in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications. You will work closely with the product team, coordinate with an external development team, and ensure that the software meets the highest-quality standards. This is a 6 month initial contract with an option to extend long term year to year extensions. Work remotely in the EST zone

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain the frontend of the client platform using Angular (latest version), HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Other Javascript skills welcomed.
• Build and manage the backend using Nest.js and PostgreSQL. and AWS
• Collaborate with development and testing team, ensuring that their work aligns with project requirements and standards (partially QA)
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across both frontend and backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and security best practices.
• Provide regular updates on development progress and timelines.
• Assist in defining project scope, milestones, and deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or at least senior developer in Frontend/Web Development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (latest version), HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Expertise in Nest.js and working with a PostgreSQL database.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Ability to lead and coordinate external development teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of cloud-based environments (AWS)
