About the Role: As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will handle inbound calls to quote and sell auto and home insurance. You will provide customers with exceptional service, become an expert on our carrier's products, and focus on policy retention and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls to quote and sell auto and home insurance.
• Provide customers with a professional and high-value experience.
• Become a subject matter expert with our carrier’s insurance products.

• Execute all duties and assignments as directed by management.

• Active Property and Casualty license in your home state.
• 2+ years of proven success in selling P&C Insurance
• Previous experience working as a licensed insurance agent, preferably in a call center environment.
• Experience working with multiple carriers, such as Progressive or local independent agencies, selling 6 to 7 carriers.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
