What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for the Coupa application, including troubleshooting production issues and configuring the system
- Perform end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes
- Support the production Coupa environment and future releases, along with the development of new solutions and enhancements
- Research and develop solutions for data integration between Coupa and the finance system
- Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, designs, and test results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies
- Proven ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa
- Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics
- Excellent work ethic, communication, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with regression testing of applications and integrations for Coupa releases
- Ability to analyze user needs and determine functional and cross-functional requirements
- Familiarity with monitoring integration issues in production environments
