      Qualifications

      Position Requirements:

      Education

      • Required
        • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology, or in lieu of a degree, at least 2 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of enterprise-wide software support)
      • Preferred
        • Certifications in SaaS solutions, Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle

      Knowledge and Experience:

      Required:

      • 0-2 years of functional experience in enterprise-wide software support with intermediate knowledge of software management methodologies
      • Entry-level knowledge of enterprise-wide applications and software platforms
      • Conceptual knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide systems
      • Conceptual knowledge of configuring and setting up various enterprise-wide applications .
      • Some familiarity with applying compliant designs and principles to technology-based business solutions .
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors .

      Preferred:

      • Experience working in an Agile Team environment.
      • Experience implementing enterprise-wide SaaS solutions.
      • Experience with Automation or Digital Adoption Platforms
      • Experience with Planview and/or Jira or other agile toolsets

      Responsibilities

      The Functional Analyst Associate role is responsible for assisting in identifying, evaluating, and designing technology-based business solutions to help solve key business problems. They support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise-wide software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and other enabling technologies. They work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business processes, workflows, data models, Compliance requirements, and other system artifacts. This role helps identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements and is assists in documenting and reviewing functional specifications that define system requirements and articulate how systems will meet business goals. Additionally, they provide support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) for the advancement of business capabilities and issue resolution. The incumbent will assist in the configuration, set up, and updates to the applications, ensuring that systems are designed in line with global standards, business goals, and approved localizations. The role will document and provide suggestions to management concerning enhancements, new features, and optimal designs in applications configuration, governance, usability, business processes, maintenance, and application standards to optimize business processes and mitigate potential risks. They support training users on the applications and increase user adoption and experience. They will facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to provide support for the enterprise-wide applications. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that system documentation, such as process diagrams, data dictionaries, user manuals, and training materials, are accurate and up to date.

      WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO:

      • Develop, Maintain and Deploy
        • Assist the design and implementation of supporting solutions to advance automation and usability such as RPA, Microsoft automations, and use of a Digital Adoption Platform increasing user adoption and experience.
        • Assist team with software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications by assisting in developing and identifying design considerations and business impacts needed for configuration .
        • Perform entry-level SaaS configurations in relation to but not limited to software settings, workflows, form creation, automation, policy compliance. Demonstrates foundational knowledge in managing project / program activities; begins to identify areas for continued improvement to the execution of project activities
        • Perform and execute job duties with detailed supervision in moderately difficult situations; Frequently take initiative to propose recommendations on how to execute tasks
      • Collaboration
        • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams within the organization, to ensure the integration and interoperability of enterprise-wide systems .
        • Work collaboratively with product managers, product owners, integration, data, and technical engineers, scrum masters, and other agile team members to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, user experience, feature development, and support.
        • Facilitate collaboration with client stakeholders and external vendors to provide support for enterprise-wide applications .
      • Monitoring and Documentation
        • Research, propose, and implement approaches to govern standards and processes for configurations.
        • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, data models, and other artifacts to assist in capturing the current and future states of business processes as it relates to software solutions.
        • Provide suggestions for changes in applications design, configuration, new features and functionality, maintenance, and system standards .
        • Conduct research on third-party solutions or technologies and gather insights related to their features, benefits, and drawbacks, and present findings to senior team members.
        • Ensure solutions are audit and legal compliant.
      • Training and Knowledge Sharing
        • Facilitate training users on the applications .
