What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outstanding patient care in functional medicine
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of licensed Functional Medicine Physicians and Dietitian Nutritionists
- Follow guidelines set by various medical boards and take a data-driven approach to patient care
- Participate in occasional marketing content creation and events
- Manage staffing, practice management, billing, and reimbursement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Illinois Chiropractic license or ability to activate within 14 days of hire date
- Two years of clinical experience in functional medicine
- Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI) preferred
- Experience or additional training in functional medicine considered
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
