What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission and financial goals, including donor cultivation and online giving campaigns
- Manage the donor database, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups to strengthen relationships
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels to enhance brand visibility

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit communications, preferably within animal welfare or community services
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and digital engagement techniques
- Proficiency in donor management systems and digital marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives
