      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage a book of business with high-end interior design firms, hospitality, and purchasing agents
      - Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, projects, and West Coast opportunities
      - Take initiative to seek out new leads and projects within your territory
      - Nurture sales leads through in-person events, presentations, and business development initiatives
      - Collaborate with management, marketing, and sales to ideate and execute strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8-10+ years in a B2B sales development role in a fast-paced digital and in-person environment
      - At least 5+ years of experience in commercial interiors, interior design trade selling, or designing
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
      - Proven track record of building and owning a book of business and exceeding sales targets
      - Strong engagement skills with a passion for learning about interior design and the design ecosystem

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with luxury home furnishings or high-end interior design markets
      - Familiarity with design technology and tools used in the interior design industry
      - Established network within the interior design community
      - Strong presentation and public speaking skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital working environment
