The Recruitment process –

This scheme is for those who do not have a degree and are not currently studying for one.

Please only apply to ONE futures placement scheme.

The process is quick and there will be no waiting round for weeks on end.

Assessment centre will be on the Wednesday 20th March, so ONLY apply if you can make this date, assessment
centres will be virtual.

There are three stages of the recruitment process. You will need to pass each stage to move onto the next one.

2. Exploration Session
3. Matching process

There are so many things at IBM for you to get involved in both inside and outside of your role to really help you make the most out of your placement. We have fantastic learning facilities, and you will have two managers along with a whole crew of design mentors and buddies to help guide and support you through your time at IBM. As a Design Future you will be based out of our iX Studio in London, near Waterloo. On an IBM University Placement, you will be working in an innovative, creative and exciting working environment. Our placement schemes span across all business units and there are so many opportunities for you to get involved in both inside and outside of your role. We encourage all our early professionals to take the opportunity to participate in networking, mentoring, learning and give back. You will also have two managers. A task manager who works with you on your role and an early professional manager who helps you get the most out of your placement and provides support along the way.
