      Innovation DuPage (ID) is a community built around the needs of startups, entrepreneurs, and small business owners.       Innovation DuPage is looking for a motivated, creative, and detailed oriented student from DeVry University that is pursuing an internship in graphic design. The intern’s role will be to support the ID Team in the creation of digital assets that help promote our community of Members, Partners, Mentors, and Programs.

      You'll jump right into helping the ID Team with both client work, spanning various industries, along with developing our own marketing collateral. You'll gain a further understanding of design, digital and print fundamentals while helping to concept and create new omni channel campaigns.

      Internship Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week during business hours.

      The hourly rate is $15.00 - $17.00 depending on experience. This internship role is fully remote and the on-site work location is Glen Ellyn Civic Center, 535 Duane Street Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.

      • Create visual aspects of marketing materials for websites, infographics, brochures, fliers, print ads and other media
      • Consult with clients’ marketing, copywriting, and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients’ cultures and goals
      • Work with ID staff to get content completed in a timely fashion
      • Other duties as assigned

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform in this position.       • Must be an enrolled student.
      • High School diploma or equivalent.
      • Must be a current student in good standing and possess a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
      • Must be enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester.
      • FWS fund eligible.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Self-directed, motivated individuals.
