About The Role
As an FX Dealer, you’ll be an integral sales team member managing a high performing desk managing your clients’ hedging requirements. Reporting to the State Dealing Manager, this role will act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients using your knowledge of the foreign exchange industry and payment solutions to support your clients cash flow, product pricing and profitability.
You’ll be responsible for driving account retention and the growth of wallet share through strong relationship management and understanding Corpay’s products, platforms, and offerings. The FX Dealer works closely with internal departments as client needs arise to facilitate seamless activation for customers with FX hedging needs, ensuring a smooth and timely customer experience.
About You
This role will suit someone who is passionate about global financial markets and foreign exchange. You will need strong communication skills in both spoken and written. You are competent working autonomously to manage your own workload ensuring acute deadlines are met. You cope well in high stress, fast paced environments and have sound numerical skills with a strong attention to detail. Our ideal person is someone self-motivated with extensive Business Development and Relationship Management experience working with key stakeholders.
