Are you looking to help shape mental health services for children and young people?
LPT CAMHS is committed to redesigning our services to continue to deliver high quality, evidence-based care to the children and young people, their families, and carers in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. We have a wide range of innovative projects, and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our leadership team as a Family Services Manager.
You will provide Senior Operational Leadership to some of our Specialist CAMHS teams; Learning Disabilities, Paediatric Psychology, CAMHS Young Peoples Team and support the implementation of a Neurodevelopmental pathway across CAMHs and other services.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide visible, accessible, and operational leadership for the Specialist CAMHS Service and will be expected to;
Take responsibility for the operational management of the Specialist CAMHS Teams, ensuring that contractual requirements are met and that we always focus on the high quality of our services in our transformation plans
Be responsible for the overall performance of the Specialist CAMHS Teams, with a strong emphasis on financial sustainability, quality improvement and workforce transformation.
Provide compassionate and collective leadership to ensure a healthy and connected workforce.
Participate in the development of increasingly integrated healthcare services alongside the ambitions of local partner organisations.
You will work closely with the Family Service Manager for Outpatient CAMHS, Clinical leads and Operational Leads for the Specialist teams, Head of Service and other senior managers within FYPC/LDA. You will also engage with multi-agency partners to create development opportunities to meet the changing health needs of the population.
