- Capture and save incredible gameplay moments
- Craft precise shot lists detailing great gameplay sequences, camera angles & unique elements
- Get paid to play AAA Sports video games, specifically Madden
- Provide feedback for the game and check for bugs
- Quality control related to game content and continuity
- Report and communicate those bugs with the Gaming Development Team
- You're a walking encyclopedia of all things American Football and have sunk dozens of hours into Madden. You are a master at AAA sports games such as Madden '25, EA College Football '25, or both.
- You play lots of ranked H2H and are highly ranked (ideally Gold division or higher).
- You have a keen eye for detail and can execute the same play multiple times to get it right.
- Experience in Photography, Cinematography, or Digital Art is a plus.
- You pride yourself on your proficient PC skills and familiarity with popular mainstream gaming consoles (Xbox, PS5, Nintendo Switch, etc.).
- Your communication and time management skills are excellent.
- You're a positive influence in the workplace and a great team member.

TPG is hiring entry-level Gameplay Specialists based in Hollywood, California. We seek players who spend a great deal of time in competitive Madden multiplayer.
Please note that this position will begin as a home-based / remote position, but it may require 100% on-site work at a later date.
