What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in the Garden/Nursery department
- Care for and water plants, ensuring their health and growth
- Assist with stocking shelves, pricing, ordering, and setting up displays
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain store appearance and organization
- Load and unload trucks, and assist in deliveries as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience and knowledge in identifying plants, nursery growth, and care
- Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and lift/carry up to 30 lbs
- Proficient in operating a computer and communicating via telephone
- Physical capability to perform duties such as lifting heavy objects, bending, squatting, kneeling, and standing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of indoor plants is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service roles
