What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a functional and technical expert on ServiceNow’s front-end technologies
- Lead customer design workshops and transform co-created design narratives into user experiences
- Act as a liaison between customers and third-party design teams to ensure optimal functionality and performance
- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies while supporting customer reviews
- Provide training and mentoring to team members and assist in sales activities when required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 8 years of configuration or development experience in ServiceNow app development and web technologies
- Proven ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React) and UX-related projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to operate within a culturally diverse environment and be a proven team player

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or certifications in Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Miro, Sketch, and Figma
- Experience in user research methodologies such as usability studies and surveys
- Understanding of responsive web design and mobile application development
- ServiceNow certifications such as System Administrator (CSA) and Application Development (CAD) are beneficial
