What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in proposal development as lead tracker, proposal manager, or technical writer/contributor
- Manage all aspects of projects from start-up through close-out, ensuring compliance and high-quality deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and resources for integrating GESI into projects
- Develop GESI analyses, integration plans, training curricula, and monitoring tools
- Identify GESI capacity gaps and design strategies to address them through training and mentoring
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum master’s degree in a relevant field such as gender studies, international relations, or sociology
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience with strong recommendations
- Strong knowledge of international donor projects, with USAID experience preferred
- Expertise in gender equality, social inclusion, and women’s empowerment
- Fluency in English; advanced proficiency in a second language preferred

- Prior successful experience writing complex technical proposals
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders on sensitive topics
