      KEY RESULT AREAS:
      • This position can be assigned anywhere in the baking process. Knowledge of product quality, including size, shape, color, etc. is critical in final packaging prior to labeling and casing. Knowledge of packing materials is also essential.

      PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • General Quality Control. Responsible for packing product that are within specifications, including size, color, shape, etc.
      • Assigned to clear jams in packing/labeling/casing area.
      • Produce to product specifications as specified by the customer
      • Assist other general helper roles as assigned
      • Maintain the area clean and safe – general housekeeping.

      OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Commit to a continuous improvement work team environment
      • Work weekends as assigned
      • Other duties and/or projects assigned

      SCOPE DATA:
      • No direct reports
      • Reports to Plant Manager/takes direction from Foreperson

      WORKING RELATIONSHIP :
      • Works closely with oven operator, packaging lead, quality and maintenance staff as needed; as well as other general helper positions

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
      • Pushing, pulling, bending
      • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
      QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
      Education:
      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      Experience (Years/Type):
      Entry level

      Salary Range Transparency:
      $15.80 / Hour
