We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for General Labor positions in a Foundry department. This is a physically demanding and intense role in a high-temperature, industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties within the foundry
  
  
• Work in extreme heat conditions for extended periods
  
  
• Handle tools and materials safely and efficiently
  
  
• Assist with repairs, inspections, and daily operations
  
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  
  
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
  
  Work Environment:
  
  
• Very loud noise levels
  
  
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, extreme heat/cold, and vibrations
  
  
• Physically intense and hot working conditions
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• No prior experience or training required
  
  
• Must have functional depth perception for safe operation and inspections
  
  
• Capable of standing for long periods, with occasional walking, crawling, bending, kneeling, crouching, and stooping
  
  
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 70 pounds unassisted
  
  
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding and industrial environment
