      General Laborer

      Job Description

      We are seeking a motivated and hardworking general laborer to join our construction team. This role involves various tasks on-site to support construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.

      Responsibilities

      • Assist with loading and unloading materials.
      • Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing work areas.
      • Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
      • Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
      • Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying materials.
      • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

      • Power tool operation
      • Hand tool operation
      • Construction experience
      • Cleaning and organizing skills
      • Hauling materials
      • Attention to detail

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • 1+ years of experience in a labor role
      • Positive outlook to problems

      • Ability to work assigned schedule as defined by production needs
      • Straddle Carrier experience (nice to have)

      Work Environment

      Work Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday with shifts from 6:00 am - 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. Enjoy a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule with available overtime. This is an on-site carpentry role with no site-to-site work, in a brand new facility equipped with AC/Heat and brand new machinery. The company focuses on multi-family living, senior living, hospitality development sectors, and more, designing, engineering, and manufacturing industry-leading full volumetric modular units for the Upper Midwest region.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
