Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer for a contract-to-hire assignment. The candidate will assist around the shop by lifting, cleaning, and moving barricades to fulfill large orders. This very physical job involves loading and unloading barricades manually and working outside. The candidate will be trained to drive a flatbed truck to load and unload barricades at delivery locations and may need to travel. This role offers growth opportunities within the company, with the potential to move into a driving role requiring a clean driving record once converted.

Work Environment
The candidate will work in an open-air warehouse facility from 7:30 am to 4 pm, with occasional weekend work for large projects, including hotel and per diem accommodations. The role requires working outside and in hot conditions. Personal protective equipment, such as steel-toe boots with preferred metatarsal coverage, is required. No certifications or medical requirements are necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
