- can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS), Market Connections (MSC), Labor management (Kronos) E-vision, UFS (financial systems) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
Unit Description
Sodexo's Universities segment is seeking a dynamic General Manager 5 for Grambling State University in Grambling, LA. This General Manager will have full financial responsibility for this $10M account where we will provide dining services to include resident dining, retail, and catering for the campus. The best qualified candidates will be good operators with excellent client relations skills and strong financial acumen. The individual in charge of the Grambling State University campus operations (Foodservice Director) must have a minimum of five years' successful managerial experience in University or University foodservice operations or equivalent.
