Given the multitude of venues (Fiddlers Green, The Ogden, The Mission) and a variety of events held at off-site locations without office space provided, this position is to office from the Argus corporate location

Expected to improve process in support of AEG venues and Argus staff
- Average of 20 billable hours a week annually

Dedicated toward revenue maximization by ensuring events are fully staffed with Argus employees. Eager to aid in both staffing and recruitment to ensure events are fully staffed

Oversight of employee time for payroll and invoicing

Manages new and existing Special Event business in Colorado

Develops strong management and supervisory teams

Understands the specifics of Client contract(s) and manages such that we remain compliant with each contract

Identifies and executes on opportunities for process improvements at venues under purview

Works in conjunction with scheduling/admin team to produce effective staffing plans and staffing numbers

Resolves guest related issues addressing needs or concerns as they arise
General Summary
The General Manager’s primary objectives are to serve both the needs of employees and clients. The position requires a strong understanding of all aspects of event management to include event planning, staffing, running of events and effective team building.
