- 3-5 years' experience as a hotel General Manager or equivalent experience
- Marriott experience is a PLUS.
- Working knowledge of financial/accounting procedures
- Experience with project management on large scale renovations

The Queens Inn is seeking a General Manager to oversea a full scale renovation of this historic hotel with full-service restaurant. In this role, the General Manager creates and maintains a customer-driven hotel with a vision that inspires the associates to do their best. Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with hotel's profitability goals.
