      Job Description
      We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-faceted entertainment venue. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels at building strong teams, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments, including theaters, bowling, games, F&B, and events. This role also plays a strategic part in growing revenue, improving operations, and maintaining a vibrant, welcoming environment.

      Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Train, coach, and develop team members across all departments

      • Interview, hire, and evaluate staff performance

      • Prepare operational and administrative reports for senior leadership

      • Ensure adherence to all cash handling and safety protocols

      • Maintain facility conditions, including inspections and repairs

      • Organize and lead team meetings and training

      • Manage purchasing, inventory, and cost control measures

      • Oversee risk management and emergency procedures

      • Ensure high standards of guest service across the venue

      • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners

      • Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations

      Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred

      • 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume entertainment, theater, or restaurant setting

      • 3+ years of food & beverage management experience including full-service kitchen/bar

      • Operational excellence and performance management track record

      • Required certifications (e.g., alcohol service, ServSafe)

      • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

      Physical Requirements:

      • Prolonged periods of standing and walking

      • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
