- 3 years of leadership experience in business, military or related fields
- 3 years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Associate degree or higher in business or related fields
- Retail experience
- Consumer electronics experience

As the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for everything within the four walls of your store, including revenue, profitability and financial reporting. You’ll act as a visionary by setting the tone for the store, connecting services to products and building a friendly culture for your employees. You’ll provide consistently excellent customer experiences by partnering with vendors, other business areas and Best Buy stores near you.
