      About the role:
      we’re working on next generation by helping clients expand the possibilities of what Large Language Models can achieve. And now, we’re looking for smart, savvy, and curious Generative AI Associates to join our team.
      This is the role that writers and linguists dream about: you’ll be teaching the next generation of Large Language Models about what makes language special. We’re training generative AI in how to think, not just how to write.

      What you’ll be doing:
      As a Generative AI Associate on our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you will be joining a truly global team of subject matter experts across a wide variety of disciplines and will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities. We’re seeking self-motivated associates who can handle the speed required to be on the frontlines of innovation. In return, we’re happy and excited to train you in unlocking the potential of generative AI. Below are some responsibilities and tasks of our Generative AI Associate
      role:

      • Providing thought leadership on how the next generation of generative AI should think and write.
      • Creating training data sets for AI models that will help the models improve fluency, coherence, and voice.
      • Spearheading RLHF (reinforcement learning through human feedback) and fine-tuning training data sets for AI as needed.
      • Annotating data to help AI models align to human values.
      • Creating and adhering to the rule book on how AI should respond to human queries.
      • Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data as well as AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
      • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers


      Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Creative Writing or English Language
      • Excellent verbal & written communication skills (in English)
      • Strong understanding of language, from grammar to semantics and beyond
      • Ability to edit and improve communication across a wide variety of fields
      • Creative thinker
      • Attentive to detail
