What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Genetic Counseling team with client support and testing coordination
- Respond to inquiries from clients, healthcare providers, and Labcorp facilities
- Document case work and interactions with clients
- Track samples and provide updates to providers
- Notify clients of abnormal test results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a Biological Science
- 2 years' related Customer Service experience preferred
- 1+ years' experience in the healthcare industry highly desired
- Previous experience as a Genetic Counselor Assistant (GCA) highly preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
