      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder
      - Supervise therapists to ensure proper execution of treatment plans
      - Provide training and support to parents for the benefit of their children
      - Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a related field such as ABA, special education, or psychology
      - BCBA certification
      - Experience providing direct care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
      - Exceptional communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a special education or ABA setting
      - Strong background in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis
      - Familiarity with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
      - Previous supervisory experience in a clinical or educational environment
