      About the job

      As an emergency service representative Your responsibilities include:

      • Deliver a professional service over the phone to people who find themselves in a state of critical emergency or distress
      • Asses various kinds of situations and share information concisely and accurately
      • Remain great attention to detail while handling several communication tools

      Your qualifications

      You speak German at a native level (orally and written, C1) and you are fluent in English (at least B2).

      At least 6 months experience in Emergency Services like emergency dispatcher, healthcare (nurse, doctors), military, firefighter, police, flight dispatcher or security experience

      • Proven experience in emergency response and/or working in a high-pressure emergency communication center environments would be preferred

      Excellent assessing skills and able to share information with precision and attention to detail while handling several communication tools simultaneously.

      • Prior experience working with a CAD (computer assisted dispatch) application would be considered as a strong advantage
      • Full working proficiency with MS Office is necessary

      Demonstrated capacity to liaise with customers punctually is essential

      You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
