What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support application and data workflows related to Geology, Geophysics, and Reservoir Engineering disciplines
- Collaborate with business customers and IT to design, develop, and support applications and workflows
- Develop best practices and lead knowledge-sharing sessions with the user community
- Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues, identifying root causes
- Monitor and prioritize responses to application-related service tickets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Geoscience, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 5+ years of geoscience technical support experience in development assets and data management
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills including documentation
- Ability to learn new applications and techniques quickly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years direct experience working with or supporting applications
- 1+ years experience with UNIX, LINUX, and Windows-based systems
- Intermediate SQL query writing and performance tuning expertise
- Intermediate proficiency in GGRE applications (Petrel, Studio, Techlog, etc.)
- Advanced understanding of application deployment in UNIX and Windows environments
