What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and update donor records in the Raiser’s Edge NXT database, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Process various types of gifts, including cash, online, direct-mail, and pledges, while working with the finance team
- Handle acknowledgment letters, including merging letters, managing inquiries, and preparing for mailing
- Troubleshoot gift entry issues and address internal inquiries regarding donors and gifts
- Collaborate with direct mail processors and ensure proper processing of gifts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a fundraising department and with a fundraising database (e.g., Raiser’s Edge NXT) at an associate level
- Experience working remotely with a CRM and collaborating with a remote team
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
