What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage program logistics for Girls on the Run events and activities
- Collaborate with volunteers, coaches, and community partners to enhance program delivery
- Assist in the recruitment and training of program volunteers and coaches
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and participant feedback
- Support the Program Director in administrative tasks and report preparation
