What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain transmission data and conduct associated transmission-related analyses
- Work autonomously on the siting and selection of wind, solar, hydrogen, and storage projects
- Communicate effectively with internal team members to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Utilize GIS software and database-driven applications to support project development
- Conduct evaluations related to renewable energy development and regional transmission grids

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of GIS work experience with applications such as ArcGIS and related extensions
- Strong skills with Esri ArcGIS desktop software, ArcGIS Online, Arcoroc, and Portal
- Thorough understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and transmission systems
- Experience in renewable energy development and project level evaluation
- Must possess strong computer skills and be organized

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PSSE or similar software
- Broad knowledge of GIS capabilities, including environmental studies and local/state permitting
- Background in real estate and land records
