      Our Large Format Print Business is a worldwide leader in commercial and industrial printing solutions, driven by market-leading brands including DesignJet, Latex, and Pagewide XL. Our brands have been instrumental in driving the analog-to-digital transformation across multiple industries in commercial printing.

      With an industry leading portfolio and organization, the marketing team is looking for an experienced marketer who has shown that they can drive development of global marketing creative content and AI transformation for the Large Format Print Business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creative content innovation and AI transformation for Large Format Print Marketing.

      The ideal candidate will have experience working cross-functionally with different teams internally and externally to deliver content innovation through artificial intelligence (AI), while using data and experimentation to deliver best-in-class marketing creative.

      If you are our Global AI & Creative Content Marketing Manager based in Barcelona, your responsibilities will include the following:

      • Develop communication assets and creative capability to support new product innovation and brand content, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
      • Work with external creative agencies and internal content teams to develop marketing creative using generative artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and other new digital production technologies.
      • Be the creative consultant for global marketing teams on product innovation creative asset creation and global amplification
      • Lead global organic search (SEO) content marketing strategy, content production, and content automation with artificial intelligence. Experience with SEO tools is preferred e.g. Moz, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMRush.
      • Manage the operations for content & asset management platforms for the Large Format Print Marketing team globally
      • Lead analysis of marketing impact & attribution for new AI-driven creative assets and SEO-led content creation, driving strategic decisions with business stakeholders.

      Education and Experience Required:

      • Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing or related field preferred
      • 5+ years marketing or brand management experience.
      • Experience in creative development, digital campaigns, content marketing, and partnering with creative and media agencies
      • Experience in SEO content marketing, use of SEO tools, and website creative design and development.
      • Experience in creating AI generative content and in using AI creative tools is preferred

      • Proven track record of strategic planning and consistently delivering results
      • Growth mindset, able to think outside the box, innovate and differentiate
      • Team player and collaborator: working with product teams, region and global teams
      • Agility and ensuring timelines are met whether activation of campaigns, alignment with regional teams, or agency partners
      • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence agencies/ virtual teams (e.g. agency partners, remote marketing teams, etc).
      • Creative experience in developing compelling content which can emotionally connect with customers
