      The position
      As Global Commercial Associate Director for MASH, you will be leading the prelaunch process for the global launch of a transformative treatment into a new therapy area for Novo Nordisk-MASH. You will work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful launch into the MASH market. It is a part of the Novo Nordisk patient commitment to bring innovation to people living with MASH, and we need talented individuals who can help us drive our business forward and make a real impact.

      The Global Associate Director will be reporting directly to the VP of MASH Marketing and be a part of a strong and diverse team. The position is located in Søborg, Denmark.

      Key responsibilities would include:

      • Lead and structure the process for preparing for launch with our top 10 markets (Launch affiliate planning, LAP) for MASH ensuring affiliate engagement, market fit strategy & and execution of tactical plans with key markets
      • Manage global launch tracking and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and focus and assess up against launch success criteria
      • Ensure a seamless transition from therapy area development to LAP and Go-To-Market (GTM)
      • Effectively facilitate collaboration for our cross-functional teams, regions, and external vendors to ensure a high impact of work
      • Collaborate with key regions/markets to support affiliates and ensure optimal therapy area development and launch readiness and resource utilization.
      • Manage the launch budget and finalize sequencing of key strategic markets as well as drive demand allocations for launch

      Qualification
      To succeed in the role, you have:

      • A minimum of six years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a large organization, with a focus on product launch, marketing, or brand strategy
      • A degree in business or science related to the product area
      • Experience from and deep understanding of different functions and affiliate perspectives across the value chain
      • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to set vision and execute plans
      • Excellent communication skills; both in writing and presentation
      • Proven track record of driving strategic decision-making and developing materials for executive audiences

      We seek a very structured, strategic, and analytical candidate with a results-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to analyze complex data. As the Associate Director you work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are equally required.
