Lead Capital investment decisions based on capacity requirements and rationalize forecast changes
Optimize loading volume across CM’s to meet target supply or market revenue share
Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple different functions and processes to problem solve and present capacity impact in a clear and concise manner to drive action
Successfully operate throughout the management chain to communicate capacity risks & action plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, mfg engineering, supply chain, finance and engineering to evaluate capacity needs and identify the key constraints
Develop, maintain and use advanced capacity planning algorithms to understand capacity gaps and risks
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate planning models with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability
Establish standard process methodologies and tools to enable efficient workflows
Global role which requires engagement with teams in US, Israel and APAC, flexibility in timing would be required
Experience in capacity planning within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of capacity planning principles, methodologies, and standard processes
Proficiency in data analytics, applying tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or other similar software
Experience with planning systems like Anaplan, Lllamasoft or IBP
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a demonstrated ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic environment
Ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
Ability to communicate in a pan pacific environment and travel once a year to manufacturing sites
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing Management, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
5+ years experience in capacity planning while closely collaborating with the manufacturing organization and suppliers
Strong history of success in similar environments
Discrete event simulation or Linear Programming Experience
SQL / Splunk / Anaplan /Tableau / PowerBI

NVIDIA is looking to hire a creative, analytical, and hands-on Senior Capacity Planner, to aid NVIDIA Operations to scale effectively to support the growth across all business units. You will be a key cross-functional lead collaborating with teams across NVIDIA Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance and the Business Units to capture input and project capacity utilization in an environment that supports multiple program types on the same platform. Proven industrial engineering skills and knowledge with a strong leadership record is required. Demonstrated skills in data analytics, a passion for problem solving and optimization algorithms are key to being successful in this position.

The base salary range is $84,000 - $166,750.
